Our Sumatra Roast is 100% certified organic. It has a strong and full body that offers a low level of acidity, robust bitter flavor profile, and hints of raspberry. 
 
Roast Level: Dark
 
Caffeine Level: Initially, many coffee drinkers think that dark roasts have more caffeine because they have such a full flavor profile. Interestingly though, the darker the roast, the less caffeine the bean will have! This bean has a lower level of caffeine than our light and medium roasts.
